These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Bianca's Cleaning Services ("Bianca's", "we", "us" or "our") and your use of this website. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Bianca's Cleaning Services provides cleaning services, including residential, recurring, deep, move in/out, vacation rental, office and commercial cleaning, throughout Charlotte, NC and nearby areas. Every job begins with a walkthrough or a conversation about the home so we can quote the work accurately. Results may vary depending on the size, age, and condition of the home. Some stains, discoloration, or odors may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

Quotes & Booking

Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after our technicians inspect the item on site. You will be notified of any price changes before work begins, and you may decline the service without cost. Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Any invoice not paid within the agreed period may accrue late fees and collection costs allowed under North Carolina law.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or a no-show at the scheduled time, may be subject to a fee to cover reserved crew time and travel. Bianca's reserves the right to reschedule an appointment when weather, safety, or unforeseen events make it necessary.

Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the property and the items to be cleaned, including working water and electricity. Please put away fragile or valuable items before we arrive. Bianca's is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items left in the work area against our recommendation.

Limitation of Liability

Bianca's Cleaning Services performs its services with reasonable care and skill and carries appropriate insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, permanent stains, or damage that becomes that could not have been detected during a reasonable inspection.

Warranty & Claims

If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 48 hours of the service so we can inspect the work and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. This is your exclusive remedy for service concerns.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to submit false or misleading information. All logos, text, and images are the property of Bianca's Cleaning Services or their respective owners.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
